The car was first sold by Mercedes-Benz of Indianapolis in Indiana and spent time in Ohio before it was acquired by the selling dealer in 2021. The car is finished in Obsidian Black over black leather upholstery, and power comes from a twin-turbocharged 6.0-liter V12 paired with a paddle-shifted five-speed automatic transmission and a limited-slip differential. The car was modified with the RENNtech R3 Performance Package in 2013, and additional features include widened Black Series carbon-fiber bodywork, a fixed carbon-fiber roof, an adjustable suspension, slotted and drilled brake rotors, 19″ and 20″ forged AMG wheels, Electronic Stability Control, carbon-fiber interior trim, dual-zone automatic climate control, Keyless Go, and COMAND navigation.
